  • No, our current Navy flag is "Андреевский Флаг". Soviet navy flag is with hammer and sickle and the Red Star.

  • No, it is a cruiser. We still wait 6 new aircraft carriers. Then our fleet will have 7 aircraft carriers, they are necessary for protection of Russian North Pole.
