  • THERE WAS LAFTA AFTA N.A.F.T.A CAUSE IT CAN'T BE REVERSED!

Can someone tell me who Margret Sanger is??

And the palindrome is completely obvious in this live version because of the way he dictates it. He makes sure there's verbal pauses in between to make sure that you get its a palindrome.

  • @BoBtheparrot7 margret sanger is basically the figurehead for pro-choice

  • 2:26 to 2:34

That line if you write them down and don't space you'll see all the letter are the same front to back.

  • llama fuuuuuuuuu

  • alll i heard BLudibibduoinboaalsnhodiaskda dap adpapdpa dpadpapdpa maraduke

  • @supafamouskid "you make my karma puke, you who refuse to disarm a nuke, and keep printing marmaduke"

  • Primitive Watsky. Lol.

  • @alexvill1994 i agree

  • Comment removed

  • At first I didn't get how some of these lines were Palindromes. But then I realized they are word for word read the same way. If you take out the spaces you will see how they can be read the same way backwards. I feel like an idiot when I realized that. But luckily it only took me a couple minutes.

  • @teddybruscie Give me an example. Not only am I looking at the lyrics and listening to this song, but I also know what a palindrome is, yet I can't find one example in this song that qualifies as a palindrome.

  • @majinshenmue try again

    music.wikia.com/wiki/Lyrics:Bleeding_Brain_Grow

  • I WANNA BE YOUR PROTEGE!

  • Take a look, it's in a book, proceeding brain blow

  • Been looking for this guy for a long time!

  • This was originally sampled as a drum break at the very beginning of the song "Mickey Mouse March" by the Mike Curb Congregation and it was from the Disneyland LP "Mickey Mouse Club: Mousekedances and Other Mouseketeer Favorites".

  • Name one rapper besides anyone on rhymesayers who would mention the Tiber and the Euphrates, not to mention he threw in the Kiber Pass

  • @BoBtheparrot7 jay electronica

  • Dude is retarded..... this is what happens when someone with talent cant write! lol!

  • @KINZERS13GTR Have you even seen the lyrics? :X

  • @KINZERS13GTR youre just a gypsie.

  • this guy rooooooools!!!!

  • this crackhead is so fucking whack and all his minions think hes good, what a bunch of deelusional crackheads.

  • this is fucin dope

  • I have that tshirt! THTC ftw

  • He has the fragile force of an agile horse.

  • He looks like the last person to rap but still love him he could just be talking on a cd and id still buy that shit

  • @wased5678 mind. blown.

  • @idiotaxiom mind. blown.

  • everyone with previous negative comments can eat shit, barman's the shit, and prince paul is a genius. they'l always get shit for being to smart and complex for mainstream minds to handle. barman's slightly off rhythm but he admits to that, besides most so called emcees these days can barely rhyme one syllable words

    so fuck off!

  • I can't help but like Barman's studio shit (kudos to his producers), but really, can anyone tell me how this DJ made any money at this show.

The DJ is so freaking pedestrian[weak, common, elementary].

And "MC" Paul B. has the weakest stage presence I've ever seen!

    Sorry, Paul...(Prince).

  • pasty douch... owes it all to Prince Paul.

Saw/met "mc" Paul Barman couple years ago at a tiny, tiny bar show and he was a DICK in person to a fan.

His "DJ" in this video sucks! My cat can scratch better than this joker.

  • It sounds like the intro starts with the Eagles version of "Journey of the Sorcerer" and then switches to the HHGG - BBC TV version theme?

  • this is terrible yo...listen to apple pie ft mf DOOM!

  • I have more skills and way more talent then this lyrically lame cracker... Who thinks hes good...Sure Prince paul his stepdad...It;s not who you know it's who you blow..

  • @emzzdad I just saw your vids. Your rhymes don't even come close. Your flow is something out of the early 90s. Your content is lacking as fuck. Your bar/verse construct is terrible.

You're the lame who think he's good. Just stop trying.

  • Is that at the beginning a "Hitchhiker's guide to the Galaxy"-sample?!^^

    Greetz from Germany

  • @MontyPythonAP most definately

  • Those things he said- they are things. And the other things he said- they referenced other things.

  • this guy is way intellengent

  • haha the ending is awesome

  • such a catchy song.....

    ?????? WTF

  • that dj is gross

  • That DJ can't scratch very well.

  • Yo Paul, can you help me....Emzdad...I got hit lyrics...Emzdad

  • @emzzdad No, I just checked out your page, what you meant to say is you got SHIT lyrics.

  • @jedimasterbazz Yo you and your crackhead minions think your all that...What fucking insane crac kheads that can't tell the difference between good lyrics... You fucking crackheads...mc paul barmen is one of the whackest I ever heard,, open up your ears, I know crackheads hear everything, even a pin drop.... get the fucking wax out yo ears cracker supreme.

  • wow...i love it. 'how much does the challah cost?...' 'gramps made a mighty fine lampshade...'

  • though*

  • i love mc paul even those he hates on us ladies :(

  • hes seriously medaphoric

  • that aeron ergonomic office chair line is incredible. mainly because that shows he has read Malcolm Gladwell's Blink....so badass.

  • this guy is hands down one of the best MCs ever

  • @slimshogun is he? is he really??

    you have MUCH to learn!

  • if only there was a way to substitute one tablespoon of mc paul for four ounces of lil wayne in the mainstream music cobbler

  • "What's that on your beard? - A tiny ivory black power fist facial hair COMB!"

  • god damn .. killing me with the eagles "flight of the sorceror" (from HHG radio series) at the beginning.. oh paul!

  • I love Paul Barman. He is a great storyteller and his flow is so creative and like no other. He definetly has a very distinctive voice and very original style. gotta love this guy.

  • friends to know, places to go, bleeding brain grow. :)

  • Just can't get into it....Imma give him an E for effort.

  • im not that impressed.. yeah he rythmes alot but his flow.. doesnt really flow.

  • Sure it does, it's just not formulated like most of the top 40 pop-rap you hear on the radio.

  • its not formulated like anything. im not a top 40 kinda rap fan, and nobody raps like this.. it sounds like hes not even paying attention to the beat and just spitting his lines at differing tempos. i guess alot of people like it but its not for me

  • You're right, it's NOT formulated. That's what I said. He's not spitting lines at different tempos, he's accenting different syllables, and since he uses polysyllabic words (most rappers rarely use more than trisyllabic words), he has to say the syllables in a faster rhythm. It's still in tempo, he just has to compensate for squeezing more syllables into a given space.

  • no hes definitely changing tempos, which isnt uncommon for rappers, but for him it sounds like he writes and then tries to make his lyrics fit the beat, rather than writing them with the beat in mind. of course all this is opinion, since alot of people clearly like what hes doing. as for the pollysyllables, i doubt theres more than 5 of them in there, even if you count republicrats, which is made up, so it cant be attributed to that. and if he needs more sylables he should just take out some.

  • If you heard the recorded version, you'd have a better idea.

  • the whole part that shouts out jay d is a palindrome, the same forwards and backwards. The only one I know of in rap.

  • I grew up in the same town as Paul. It's upper-class but rinky dink for sure. Friggin' weird to think of an MC coming from my hometown considering it's in suburbian North New Jersey. Haha.

  • Yep. I also live in Ridgewood. I also know him. He's my mom's friend's son.

  • I love the play off Kool dj Red Alert to genius

  • he shouted out jdilla yes yes yaw

  • this is sweet its a parody of "reading rainbow" "take a look its in a book the reading rainbow" MCPB: "a puff of steam out my ears to make the bleeding brain grow"

  • mc - great

how is the dj on the same stage?

  • paullejelluha

  • that dude from 3030 made more music? awesome!

  • which one?

  • He did a little guest spot on 3030 on

track 13, "Meet Cleofis Randolph the Patriarch'

  • geek rap it should be a new genre

this is sooooo ill though i love it

  • it is, its called nerdcore, see MC Frontalot.

  • this is actually one of the better ones ive heard from him.

  • ahead of time.

  • SICK

  • go d damn

  • thats amazing! the wizards journey..or more commonly known as "the song from hitch hikers"

  • mc paul barman should join up with busdriver lmao

  • He has before. I have a live recording of both of them :)

  • @blackbomb992 He actually did. Check out the track "Live from Death Row." It's amazing.

  • @blackbomb992 They have On a 12" called: Memory Man - live from death row ft. Busdriver & Mc Paul Barman

  • @P0rn0ralle84 oh cool thanks ima look into that

  • He seems to be having trouble keeping on beat, hehe. He's still dope though.

  • Ridgewood is not a fucking "rinky-dink town," asshole

  • lol

  • r u from ridgewood??

  • PPsshh..

welarge ur crazy. Paul gots more than rythym than he knows what to do with...

this songs not to great and on top of that it's live..

  • "Mika, RZA, Evil JD. Nasir is Osiris and J-Live, AZ, Rakim" & "Cormega, Cage, Mr. O.C." from his rhyme are palindromes. (Spell the same thing forwards and backwards.)

  • omg thats fuckin sick!!!

  • WOW dude thanks for pointing that out holy shit thats ill

  • @wased5678 You mean a palindrome is like mom, dad, wow, bob, boob, tit, radar?

    Wait...

OOOOHHH!!! I just noticed the quotation marks.

  • @furyberserk ya like 'a man a plan a canal panama' or 'race car'

  • @wased5678 holy crap!!!

    insane!

  • @wased5678 My God...I never noticed that. Absolutely brilliant. I've seen him live and he's just decent live. On wax, the guy is truly one of the most creative lyracists out there. "My dandy voice makes the most anti-choice grannies' panties moist"!

  • @wased5678 Go hang a salami, I'm a lasagna hog.

  • Wow I wouldn't be able to remember all that lmao

  • also..thats his style, really not much rhythm, but kind of almost overwhelming and multisyllabic rhyme schemes.

  • illness, too advanced for most people tho

    tis a shame..

  • I like this guy lol

  • listen to hot guacomole with doom and tell me that aint good

  • That's true, what question should i ask you? "Uhm what type of ill type of tricks do the mask do?"

  • Um pass (or send, IDR) me your wallet I'll get help

  • this is the most random thing i have ever herd

  • Wow he really has no rhythm. I love the recordings, but never saw a live performance.

Also a goose egg for stage presence

  • Gramps made a damn nice lampshade stretched his tan flesh out like a band aid.

  • yes, that was my own rhyme on the tail on my message, but it was about paul and you wack emcees hanging from his ball hairs.

  • Fiiiiiiiiiirst of all, Prince Paul makes nothing but fucking hits. When he got together with automator for HandsomeBoy Modeling School, that shit was brilliant, nobody STILL has touched that shit. He brought this guy to light, to the masses, Paul is a wonderful talent, and I dont doubt he would fucking SLAY all you critical cats on stage in a battle. you couldnt wrap your mind around his metaphors. "with your finger on the trigga nigga, and your song on repeat,(man) how can he compete?? hahaha

  • Is there any audience??

  • There's like 500 people there. That reaction at the end was genuine

  • Maaaaaassive respect!!

    That stuff with the palindromes.......amazing

  • The joy of my world is Paul Barman! Beautiful, beautiful Barman!

  • "My dandy voice makes the most anti-choice granny's panties moist"

    Barman your rhymes are brilliant

  • What a STYYYYLE!!!

The one and only MC PAul BArman

  • love the intro of hitchikers guide

  • lyrical genius

  • tight lyrics

  • with the dregs of a keg plus eggy smeg all down the leg

  • i love this guy

  • If you like Paul Barman you should check out a tune he did with DJ Yoda called SALAAM, it's fucking awsome!

  • EMPTY MC's NEED an audience to feed from true emcees can rock a hot ass show no matter who is there

  • PRINCE PAUL works with him. Enough said. Word!(although I will not claim this clip as "the best of..."

  • I don't get what everyone's problem with this is! I think it sounds fucking awesome. The brilliant thing about Barman is that he IS an awkward white guy who flows better than anyone else around. This is a perfect example of that!

  • You are the DJ, right? How else would you know who was there? Nice link on your page.

  • shut up. if he's a PRO he will FEED from GHOSTS!

  • lol @ the comments below - agree completely. this is just wieeeeeeeeerd and not in a good way

just give us an album PB and i'll forgive you.

  • agreed. barman's record is great, but judging by this clip, the live performance leaves me feeling.....odd?

  • mcpb is great. but this comes across pretty awkward.. or creepy. cant decide.

  • "Get MTV off the air" w/ Princess Superstar is one of my favorite(possibly first time ever heard)M.C. Paul Barman joint. If Prince Paul will work with him, that says something......I think. I am pretty stoned tho.

  • haha i do love that song so much too..

  • aww just like the slut from evanescence and gwen from no doubt, he can't keep his breath like that all the time... eh, doesn't make it any less good. unless you're seeing it for the first time...

  • Yeah, the DJ... lol. But I have news for you- paul barman and I don't walk we get carried by motorcades of voting aged women on roller blades in cute sleevless shirts exposing their shoulder blades.

  • the joy of ur world..... is paul barmannn

  • It pains me to say this, because I think MCPB is extremely clever, but if this video is any indication, he's pretty bad live.

  • I saw him live once, dissapointing. Most rap/hip-hop sux live.

  • Same with me. The audience sucked, but a lot of the performance was just screaming and stuff which was disappointing because his lyrics and music are AWESOME!

  • go see dj shadow live that might change your mind

  • haha

    neckbeard guy trying to scratch

  • barman is the man.

too bad there aren't that many videos with him on youtube.

  • I feel the same way. At least someone should made fan videos, with the audio set to some dumb cartoon. Then, I can listen to it when I'm working.

  • i let my hair airdry thereby getting more hairpie

  • margaret sanger sitting on a bloody coat hanger...SON! MC Paul Barman is a master word craftsman.

  • nice using HHGG~ sweet

  • y0 madd props fer the barman video!!!! fereal....thanx.

  • Ma, origami magi roam. Eve, Mika, Rza, Evil JD. Nasir is Osiris and J-Live, AZ, Rakim, Cormega, Cage, Mr. O.C.: I'm anomie. I, mon ami.

  • That's sick....a palindrome in the middle of his rhyme? Amazing.

  • Four of them. He's ridiculous.

  • Ah merde c'est gigolo band et pas gigolo bell MDRRRR
