I do take Aetna insurance but you would need to call my office and speak to my office manager to verify any out of state questions. I do suggest that if possible that you e mail me a copy of a radiographic image of the spur of snail mail me a CD of it first. I like to see an image first before you travel.
I'm going the doctor today, I need to see what my options are because its really hurting, do you take aetna insurance ? I do not really mind if I have to fly to get this surgery if I need it because of the fact that its not an open procedure.
Don't know anyone in Houston. Docs doing this procedure are few and far between. Most docs opine that heel spurs never cause pain. My opinion is that they sometimes do and this procedure is often a big help. Recuperation is a couple of weeks more or less.
