  • He is GORGEOUS and has such an awesome prance

  • absolutely beautiful :)

  • He's gorgeous!

  • I shed a tear at the elegance of the trotting :'D

  • Heaven on earth.....wish he was mine..God Bless.

  • Absolutely gorgeous!!!!!!

  • you can register any friesian cross with the friesian registry... it says "pinto" friesian, not just friesian.... you people can obviously type, learn how to read!! my horse is a moriesian and is registered with fsha, msha, and the moriesian sporthorse registry.

  • Oh dear lord...I apologize to the repeat button, he is an absolutely stunning creature!

  • O.K, guys. They are not "Marketing" him as a purebred friesian. NOWHERE does it say he is a pureblood friesian! Please read the description before making uneducated comments. I do not see the problem calling him a pinto friesian, because he is out of a pinto stallion, and pinto is also a color. That being said, Orca is a gorgeous horse! :)

  • Pur-lease! Friesians can be only black!

  • thats one beautiful animal! And judging by that prance of his he knows it too! X)

  • I bred my TB mare to Orca in 2010. She had a gorgeous colt June 2011. He is black with a star & hind 1/4 stockings. In saying that, Orca has not only sired Tobianos :)

  • i love himm!

  • uristen.

  • To everyone. Possibly before you comment about the fact that he is a cross breed and not a pure bred friesian, you'll save yourself some commenting time if you read the second line of the uploader's comment.

  • @Zada2011 Thank you !!!!!

  • @Zada2011 Then the uploader should cease to call this horse a 'Pinto Friesian', as there is no such thing as a pinto Friesian.

If you'd build your own car using Ferrari and Chevrolet parts, you might end up with a very good car, even a very beautyful car, possibly a better car than either the Ferrari or the Chevvie, but what you can't do is call it an 'American Ferrari'.

Because the name 'Ferrari' is patented.

    As is the name 'Friesian'.

  • @Smallpotato1965 I don't see a problem with calling it a Pinto Friesian. They're not claiming that it's 100% Friesian, and if someone thinks that this horse could be pure Friesian, then they don't know enough about Friesians for it to even matter. The description clearly labels the horse as a cross and they call Orca a modern Sport Friesian.

  • :O

  • Thank you Zada2011 for great comments, instead of resorting to juvinile name calling. I am not now, or ever been a "loser". My concern for these beautiful creatures is real. It's nice to know that there are other people out there that will share thier insights and opinions in a mature and thoughtful way. Thank you!

  • @MsShoosh1 Thank you, I'd rather exchange ideas with someone who is mature, rather than someone who reacts rudely. Crossbreeding is essential for the creation of new breeds. The breeding of various desirable traits is how the various breeds of horse were originally created. Now that we have the internet and DNA, and easier ways to keep them in a neat clean registry, people are a lot more attentive about keeping animals pure bred. This does not mean either pure or cross are better than others.

  • @MsShoosh1 In fact all of the animals we own are either quarter horses or paints, however I also know that these horses can have their problems. When you have a breed, certain problems tend to become highlighted because people only want to breed inside of the breed in order to keep the breed pure. However genetic illness like HYPP, SCID, CA, LFS, OAMM, HERDA, along with many other illnesses will become settled into the breed lines.

  • @MsShoosh1 It's the same idea as dogs, in mutt dogs you do not see many genetic illnesses, and with purebreds you always know exactly what to watch for. In this way cross bred animals have the advantage of less genetic illness. Both pure bred horses and cross bred horses can be fantastic animals. I do agree that certain steps should be taken to preserve breeds that are in danger of extinction, however when breeds are prevalent, experimentation can give you a wonderful result. Like ORCA.

  • @Zada2011 I agree with this except the dog part. I guess if there weren't so many animals including horses that needed homes then I wouldn't care so much that people are breeding one pure bred to another. I've seen probably and equal # of purebred dogs and mix breeds with just as many issues. However yes, you do know what to expect if you have a lab, golden, bernese mtn. dog etc....I guess it's just part of seeing them come thru the door in veterinary medicine.

  • Gorgeous horse! What´s this aamazing music? :) I wonder if it´s from movie, but i´m not sure :)

  • what is NASD stand for? he is gorgous regardless if purebred friesian or not, in fact I prefer him over a pure one as they are generally black, with occassional chestnut, my friend had a chestnut friesian. pinto coloring is my coloring for horses. the next is golden palomino and then golden buckskin. somthing about the white black contrast. and behing high headed and high stepping doesn't hurt either. besides vanners may have same lineage as friesians.

  • stunning GO ORCA

  • hes beatiful! But he has to have a mix in him. Looks like real fare back in the line. :) im hunter but I do love frishians

  • @grhponyrider most

most Friesians that are other colors, are friesian x Gypsy vanner cross

  • WHAT A GORGEOUS BOY. Is he still for sale?

  • wow! stunning movement!

  • What a pretty guy!! Such a fancy trot! Once had a friesian with a white foot. Got him cheap because of that, and then he turned totally black later on. :P

  • Absolutely GORGEOUS!!

  • is he still 4 sale?????? xxx

  • Awesome....I love Pintos and Friesians....what a beautiful stallion!!!!

  • WOW! What a beauty! just amazing!

  • he is stunning ! the trot is a beautiful float!

  • So adorable! @.@

So, he's part Paint and part Friesian? Oh my gosh, you could call him a Fraint! xD

  • @TheGreatandLovable or a "Faint"

  • @zippyzorro Omg... @.@ Better! xD

  • Whats the name of this song?

  • @TheGreatandLovable Gypsy vanner x Friesian mix

  • ORCA is out of a pinto stallion and a Friesian Mare, hence "Pinto Friesian". This however is posted in the comments:ORCA IS NOT A PUREBRED FRIESIAN. IT DOESNT SAY PUREBRED ANYWHERE. AS A MATTER OF FACT IT SAYS FRIESIAN X NASD IN A COUPLE PLACES. BUT FOR THE RECORD THERE ARE A COUPLE OF 96% BLACK AND WHITE FRIESIANS WITH PURE DUTCH BLOODLINES

But thank you for your tireless policing of everyone elses horse, I'm sure we'll all sleep better at night.

  • Good Lord, he is gorgeous. *swoon*

  • @PhantomStella Thank you

  • ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!

  • @Sparkula1 Thank you!

  • @Sparkula1 i totaly agree, he is AMAZING!!!!!!

  • its a shame your are marketing him as a purebred. thats taking advantage of people who don't know enough about the breed to know a purebred form a mix. thats very low and i would never do business with someone like that. its bad publicity to you and your farm.

yes he is nice looking, but friesian he is not.

  • awww, he's gorgeous!

  • he looks like a gypsy cross to me.

  • i thought friesians only came in black?

  • WOW! 2:06 is an amazing capture! Crazy envious of his trot, when he extends it somewhere around 2:27 or thereafter he's got a full 2 second moment of suspension!!! He's such a great horse! Congratulations!

  • He looks more like a Gypsy Vanner/Tinker because of build and color :/

  • ...I don't know much about horses, but he is a noble looking fellow...nicely done.

  • I don't care if this horse is pure bred or not, I'd put a mare to him just for that gate, he is wonderful. And his coloring and his head position are flawless. He is a great piece of horse flesh and I hope you count yourself lucky to own him.

  • Orca is a absolutley lovely example of his type Simply lovely , while I love friesens, they seldom stamp their offspring to produce such a special horse. Congrates

  • What a stunning horses with a perfect name :)

  • BOA geiles pferd

  • Too chunkey to be a Fries. Wrong colour. Fetlocks are not long enough. This is a cross. Beautiful, but not a Frieisian. Again, don't muck with the breed. Keep the horse pure as you can. That is how you will save it!

  • @MsShoosh1

There's nothing wrong with making crosses of horses. He's a beautiful horse, and you're a loser!

  • @MsShoosh1 That is an amazing animal there, and most crossbred animals are generally healthier than purebred ones, and are less prone to diseases notorious within different breeds. There is nothing wrong with someone breeding a crossbred animals when the horses turn out so beautifully. It's purebred animals that accumulate breed defects and illnesses. The friesian breed is not in danger of dying out, and there is nothing wrong with producing a wonderful animal that is only half friesian.

  • Beautiful!

  • This wont let me post my e-mail address so go to moncheval and send me a note and i'll send the picture to you. Tony

  • PLEASr send a link to me of the pic at 41. I want to a pic of him!!! So pretty :)

  • he is STUNNING!!! what a beauty...what a mover...just a beautiful beautiful boy!!

  • This horse would be a true joy to ride. Amazing fluidity of movement. I love him. :)

  • Almost looks like a Gypsy Vanner. But i thought they were only black

  • Thank you everyone who sees the beauty and athleticism in him.

  • ORCA IS NOT A PUREBRED FRIESIAN. IT DOESNT SAY PUREBRED ANYWHERE. AS A MATTER OF FACT IT SAYS FRIESIAN X NASD IN A COUPLE PLACES. BUT FOR THE RECORD THERE ARE A COUPLE OF 96% BLACK AND WHITE FRIESIANS WITH PURE DUTCH BLOODLINES.

  • @zippyzorro calm down....hes nuce

  • @zippyzorro calm down....hes nice

  • it's from Pirates of the Carribean, at Worlds End, track 10.

  • What is this song? I just love how dramatic and AWESOME his sliding stop and rollback is!! It's amazing! Can I have him? :) JK He is BEAUTIFUL!

  • Absolutely gorgeous!

  • Absolutely gorgeous!

  • pinto cov not a fresian

  • like how u named him "orca"

  • mum, dad, i want this! XDD

  • OOOMMGGG! I LOVE HIM! <3

  • Should change the background music to "I'm sexy and I know it" by LMFAO

  • A Friesian that has been mixed with other blood, cannot be called a Friesian. In the past, we have had some chestnut Friesians, even though there were not many of them. Some do gloat up kind of red-ish, though.

Now, they only come in black. One more story that needs to be told about friesians, is that in my prefecture (Friesland), a good Friesian MUST be feathered until over his feet. That means the upper part of his hoofs are not allowed to be seen.

  • Holy cow.. What a horse.

  • Never thought I would see a black and white Freisian. Thought they were only in black

  • @DragonSwordMagician That is because this horse is only half Friesian. True Friesians only come in black, with the occasional rare chestnut who's offspring cannot be registered.

  • He is a beautiful beautiful horse. What is the music in the video by the way?

  • i thought the only registered freisian color was black?

  • @equibaby44 he's half friesian

  • Wow, that is one stunning animal!

  • un exelente ejemplar. se vende????

  • I want him so bad he is perfect

  • wheres the luv button??? :D

  • This horse has wonderful movement at the trot. So graceful <3 Would he/she ever be broke to ride?

  • Orca is a stallion and he recently won or placed at the State and Regional Championships with the USDF.

  • @DreamKaylin Read the description, it says he was doing dressage training and has received rating 'under saddle'. Also it states in the title that he's a stallion so he wouldn't be a 'she'. Sorry, don't take my comment the wrong way, it's just a little sad when I see a comment like this when everything is clearly stated in the title and or description.

  • @hondandor Actually being as he is tobiano, and tobiano is a dominate gene, no Friesians don't still carry the genes for this color on their own. They do still carry genes for chestnut/sorrel and there or 3 or 4 pure friesians that are this color that I'm aware of. That said... the stud book does not allow registration of any other color but solid black. The OP never did state that he was purebred. That said, Stunning horse, Love his gaits and nice build. I'll have to look for more video of him

  • @LarimeWD You sound very proffesional. Haha!

  • @416tayjay As a genetics major who specialized in equine and canine genetics I would hope so.

  • @LarimeWD Wow!

  • dis is tinker

  • @alicjo17 NO Gypsy blood, Friesian x NASD.

  • @alicjo17 Nope, there are painted Friesians. Here they all come from one stallion `Bonte Willem`.

  • @Saartje05 A Friesian can only come in black. That is the breed registry's rules. Chestnuts, born of two black parents, may be registered but their offspring cannot (many breeders now test for the chestnut gene in stallions, and choose not to breed if they test positive). Anything else is a cross and cannot be registered as a pureblood.

  • @Emura100 Not anymore. I would know, I live in the coutry where Friesians come from. A man in Friesland started breeding black and white Friesians, the most famous one `Bonte Willem´. You´re talking about Friesians in the US, that´s not here though. I´ve never seen a chestnut Friesian though, weird story.

  • @Saartje05 Chestnut is the recessive allele of the E gene, which also codes for the dominant black allele. It is very very rare but chestnut is possible in Friesians if you have two Heterogeneous parents.

  • @Emura100 I´ve never seen them here. I do have seen several black and white Friesians. Or how they´re called now, the Barock Pinto.

  • @alicjo17 A tinker looks totally different.

  • This is amazing

  • whats the song called?

  • @horsieemad44 it from Pirates of the Carribean, at Worlds End, track 10

  • it's good that he was filmed in the free longe ring so we can see him in action, yet still untacked and how well he responds

  • Beautiful

  • Daym! Look at the slidin stop at 2:05 ! Thats a cow cuttin horses right there! lol jk

  • @MrsDreWGaLLoWay Totally agree, sliding stop and a roll back!

  • sehr schön

  • Who cares if he's purebred anything...he's pure magnificence and magic!

  • Ok in the tectical term a "PINTO FRESIAN" you mean :Gypsy Vanner". It is simply immpossible for a Fresian to be Pinto. You may mean a Gypsy Vanner or a Fresian cross, but never a pure Fresian

  • @416tayjay yeh totally agree not a pure breed fresian

  • @ollydog69 Sometimes I think people try to start commotion. xD

  • hes beautiful!!

  • @hondandor I would highly doubt that because if there were such colors as bay and chestnut left in friesian lines, SOMEONE SOMEWHERE there would be one. There isnt. Obviously this horse is not purebred for that exact reason.

  • 2:01 omg cool!

  • 2:02 omg cool!

  • 2:03 omg cool!

  • It is possible to get a white friesian, just not very commonly because they're bred to be black. So it is possible for him to be pure and be black and white. He just can't be registered in the official friesian stud book. The amount of testing they go through to get in that book... but hes gorgeous, none the less

  • OMG!!!! :O

  • i want to breed my mare to this hunk!

  • What is the name of the song in this video?

  • @Molly49494 sorry, didnt see the message, it's from Pirates of the Carribean, at Worlds End, track 10

  • wow, beautiful horse!!!! :D, but what's the name of the song? It's wonderfuuuuullll!!!!!!!!

  • @amyapocalypse it from Pirates of the Carribean, at Worlds End, track 10

  • Kudos to whomever plans the score for your videos.

  • @KikiAelita Thank you. Tony

  • pftt! amazing!

  • wauwwauwwauwwauwwauwwauwwauw..... omg he is beautifull...

  • Thank you to everyone for all your comments. Orca is a wonderful stallion, a perfect gentleman and has become one of our favorite horses.

  • beautifull !!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Stunning eyecatcher!

  • I LOVE him hes sooo beautifull and my fave animals are Horses and Orcas :D

  • This horse is absalutly stuning - no other words - he is absalutly beautiful!

  • hes stunning :D its like a loss of words, hes soo proud, he knows he is beautiful :D

  • He is my dream horse. However I'm not close to my dream so I will live through someonw else who ends up with him. Beautiful! I have added you to my favorites and really enjoyed your videos Thanks

  • umm... There is no such thing as a pinto friesian.. only black.. If he is Pinto then he's no purebred Friesian

    AWESOME vid though!

  • @FriesianFire13 actually, fresians don't just come in black. although they are the preferred colour, there are other colours of fresians out there - there is a red stallion called Fire Magic" who is the only red registered fresian stallion in the world. they CAN come in different colours other than black. many years ago they came in white too, along with chestnut.

  • ORCA is the "WOW Factor"

  • This is an awesome video.

  • thata like the 9th coolst wonder of the world 2:00 so getting

  • @Bella3995 my favorite part too, how many horses do a sliding stop to a roll back into a passage lol

  • @zippyzorro He cannot be purebred if he is pinto

  • @horsesaremylife31899 - thanks for the comments both for and against wether Orca is a purebred or not. There is never any mention of him being a purebred anywhere on here, on any ads or our site, his mom was a Pinto (yes i know thats a color not a breed) and his sire is a Friesian , hence "PINTO FRIESIAN".

  • @zippyzorro But yes then you have a whole line of crossbreeds because a lot of people don't know what this breeds he is.
