:D - Sopa and censoring - :-( totally bad - on the Internet it should be possible for opinions to be given, and not have to stop things like YouTube which are so useful and popular. Back in 1997 when I first found and used the Internet it was truely a God-send and so was finding YouTube many years later. Without it I'd be stuck watching TV most nights. We go to the Chiropractor too and thank goodness for our insurance and MedBank (personal account through employer) because we can virtually go unlimited for $20 per visit. Sometimes I just wake up wrong and you're right, without the chiropractor, I'd be miserable and in pain too.  Glad you have a good one!

You can't afford a week off, but if you don't rest your body you'll break it and lose everything with months of bed rest. I say you should choose 2 days off per week at least. Don't make them together, though, like choose wednesday and saturday or whatever floats your boat. You have to tear down old muscles to build new ones, but if you don't rest well each night and take those 2 days off or work much lighter, you will destroy everything you worked for. This is coming from a trained athlete.
