yeah, the shortest brake agiasnt zerg-terain or prottoss is like 2 minutes flat, its amazing,zerg have numbers, almost instantly, terrain have more armor, and protoss have both But protoss need pylons or they cant make crap, sp SC is balanced

well that depends, in a regualr match yes, Creep takes FOREVER, But in a Ranked match, like Koreans matches, their Game Speed is Increased dramatically, thats why the game is so fast

this game is balanced well however for the pro's if u have good micro control terran seems to be the strongest.

Trust me, all races are VERY balanced in starcraft. It is one of the best things about the game.
