Such a sad thing when your dog passes. I just yesterday went with my sister to have her dog put down (he was 18). When it comes time of my little Boston Terrier buddy to go I don't know what I wold do. They really have a way of working their way into your hearts. Belle looked like such a cute little thing.

So sorry for your loss. I have a Boston & she is also my 2nd one: I had a little boy named Jude but he passed away at 10 months old. He had a birth defect that caused a spinal deformity & it compressed his spinal cord. He lost the use of his hind legs & was having issues with his breathing. Originally they thought he could survive with surgery/special care & the breeder took him back with her but he had to be put down about 2 or 3 mos later. Zo will be 4 this year but I still miss little Jude.
@zygots1 I am so sorry to hear about sweet Jude. It's awful the things that can happen to our babies. I hope the breeder loved him before he went. I would have wanted him by my side till the end.

She was 10 years old when she was diagnosed, but with the vet's help she lived 2.5 extra, very precious years. I am thankful for everyday that we were blessed by her presence. Boston Terriers are just so full of personality and love; Moo enriched our lives so very much and will never, ever be forgotten.
@mystidolphn Yes, we have Clementine now. Clementine is Lulu Belle's half sister. She is three years old now. I have also always had my other boston Hogwarts. We have two big dogs as well. Nox & Onyx. Congrats on your baby.

what a beautiful little girl. I am so sorry that her time here on earth was so short. I had 3 Bostons and lost 2..one just last april and i miss them so much. I cant imagine life without my last standing boston. They are really a one of a kind dog and friend
@PirateGenevieve Its people like you who I want to give hugs too. Even though she was born with defects and sickness you still gave her a chance to live and love. You never gave up on her even on her bad days, showed the love that all animals should. God bless u.
What can I say but to offer my deepest sympathies. I know it's been a few years, but I'm sure the pain is still immense. Just know Lulu Belle is running free. I don't care what anyone says....Dogs have souls...therefore I know they are in paradise when they pass from us. They give us unconditional love so how could they not have a soul?
My Male Boston will be 5 on July 4th. I'm hoping to breed him soon so when the time comes for him to leave this world...I'll have a piece of him left behind.
I lost my Boston terrier on last monday had to put him to sleep because he had a brain tumor I am just crushed and miss him so much. every one tells me to get another dog asap but I had Buff for 11 years and I just can't replace what I had with him that easily. I am sorry for your loss she was a beautiful dog. I hope that someday I am able to go on but I miss him so much he was my best friend
@MMACHMP I am very sorry to hear about Buff. I know how you are feeling and it's horrible. We got Clementine a year after Lulu passed and it helped me SO much. It also helps that Clementine is Lulu's half sister. When you are ready i think you should get another boston. You will never replace Buff.

October 7th. He'll be fully potty trained and obedience trained.
I am counting the days. I am so happy to have my new buddy .
He'll be 1 yr old and i met him a few weeks ag and we get along

LuLu Belle, like my new puppy Champ can ever replace my other BT Dutchess. I found that in
time, another pet fills the void of grief. GL with your olther Boston Terriers. They are loveable.

She was born with a birth defect. She has extremely deformed kidneys and died of kidney failure :(

miss my Dutchess a lot but she is waiting for me at the Rainbow Bridge and Lulu Belle will wait to
