Actually this one did not o.o. I had the old specs of the 1000H (1.6 N270/533FSB) with the HC battery of the 1000HE and it was listed as the 1000HE.

CS:S is completely unplayable on a 1000H. the stress test runs fine, but if you actually join a server, you are stuck at less than 10FPS

Most of the very nice stock maps weill play at 13-20fps but you can get upwards of 30 on the orange maps and a lot of the customs.

are you using gma boost? and what kind of fps do you think i could get on neverwinter nights with 2gb of pc667 on this at 1.9ghz? say medium settings

I would say it would be very playable at med-high settings. I tried GMAbost and it did not improve my fps in anygame, all i did was cause artificats and BSOD's.

Yea you can get it playable at around 20fps. But not with the stock ram or cpuclock speeds. The stock ram just BSOD's when you get into a server. I got it to run when i put 2gigs of OCZ DDR2-6400 and overclocked the cpu to 2.34ghz.

why do people always run games off a USB drive? isn't that slower than running on the internal HDD?

My internal drive runs at 80meg burst, 32 meg normal speed. internal drive runst at 85 burst and 35 normal. the speed diffrence is very small. But since your using two harddrives to run your progams its faster. You have one hdd seeking to run your operating system and one hdd seeking to run your games.
