I remember I couldnt wright stuff with the Mosh in Gort because I wanted to sound like him. He totally F..ed me up man! So I had to go and learn and become a real drummer.

There r great Drummers today like Kolias and Roddy who r very fast but I still think that Reinerts the best! Huge influence in my life! More power to ya lad! ps can u play textures? If u can Im cummin to Australia and we are startin a Tooth chippin band!!

Now Matt thats a Song and Album that I love very much. You r doin a great job!! We should do an internet band where we jam through the net or somethin like that....The drummer Shawn Reinert kicks total ass and Cynic totally rule!!!...When I heard that album for the first time It was just before I left the Mosh to go to Jazz school in Paris...I was so blown away by Reinerts level that I new I wanted to play like that and that I needed serious schooling!...He literally changed my life.
