It is a horrible place...... really old, and the D.C govt owns the property. The Redskins might move back to build a new stadium and have the SSS next to the baseball stadium. So all three stadiums will be close to one another (traffic headache)

I'd rather have a nice downtown location than have an SSS in the middle of fucking nowhere.

One of the main reason I like Qwest Field (the Sounders' stadium) is that it is in the absolutely most perfect location. Smackdab in downtown, near the light rail, metro, and ferries.
