i just got a baby boy . I used to have a hammie but she died and now i thought it is a good time to get a new one but this morning I discovered he has wet tail I rushed to the doctor he has a 50/50 % of living please pray for him . He has only been with me 3 days . I love him I don't want to lose him...*sorry if my english is wrong*

I was wondering... where do you get your syrian hamsters? Cause I cant seem to find any breeders or stores with them. :-(

@Diamondhamster - Oh I have a big problem with it too. There used to be a wonderful tiny pet shop here in Warsaw, but last year it got closed down, and ever since I can't find ANY syrians that I'd want. I got Florcia when I was on holidays in a different town, and my second new one, whom I'll soon introduce, I got from a professional breeder in Czech Republic. I heard there are adoption centers in civilised countries, co you can try that perhaps? :)

shes not afraid to climb on to my hands but she always tries to jump off!

@hiimakoala Wear gloves until you feel sure she won't bite you. I had a guinea pig who came from not-so-great owners, and he bit a lot. I was too scared to even hold him after getting bit, so I found a pair of gloves & wore them til he was tame. He became the sweetest little thing, and never bit me again. ( ◠‿◠ )

@hiimakoala I guess it depends on the breed of the hamster. Syrians can be tamed after the first few times you handle them, and they'll be tamed for the rest of their lives! (If of course, you're taking good care of them) I read that the.. Robo dwarf (?) hamsters need to tamed a few times a week or else it'll become untamed after a while of no handling.

@wrednamagda2 - Bardzo czesto sa poza domem. Stawiam je na biurku przy komputerze, biore do reki, zeby spaly, etc. No i maja wolny wybieg w kuchni. Ogolnei rzecz biorac, sa rozpuszczone :)

Oglądam Twoje zdjęcia, filmiki i staram się być na bieżąco z wydarzeniami u Twojej 'rodzinki' ;). Zauważyłam, że bardzo wielu bloggerów i ogółem stron korzysta z Twoich zdjęć - ale to dobrze. Florentynka jest przeurocza, Fruzia i Balbinka też, naprawdę :D. Jednak najbardziej znana jest oczywiście Chmurka - ten chomik to Twoja wizytówka. Czy, nie licząc YT i flickr prowadzisz jakiegoś bloga, albo masz własną stronkę? Byłabym wdzięczna za odpowiedź, z góry dzięki.

@AnhellSedith - Ooo, bardzo dziekuję za miłe słowa :) Rzeczywiscie, Chmurka to postac kultowa i krazy po wszystkich zakatkach internetu. I nie tylko. Jesli chodzi o moje strony, to regularnie prowadze tylko Flickr, no i staram sie teraz wrocic do YouTube - innych stron nie mam, to byloby zbyt czasochlonne. Poza tym najbardziej jednak lubie prowadzic Flickr i wgrywac (bo robic o wiele mniej) zdjecia :)
