Poor thing. I really do feel sorry for him, especially for all the screaming he had to do in DW. Three episodes in a row in series three involved him screaming his guts out; 42 (burned alive from the inside by a sun), Dalek stuff (electrocuted on top of the empire state building), Human Nature (whatever went on with that chameleon thingamabob seemed painful)... damn those ADR sessions must have been hell on his vocal chords.

The man is dedicated to his craft, that's for sure.
