Your dogs are tiny! I have a 9 year old minature maltese, but he's much bigger, last weighed 13 lbs at the vet and he's fit, not overweight (or at least proportionally fit, perhaps overweight for his breed).
the dogs dont like it because it is in their area and thinks its a evil monster, my dog and cat are the same they run from it and my dog barks at it, my cat hissed at it but guess what, the irobot scares them and they run away so irobot will always win the match vs animals exapt for the ones in the zoo.
