it might be that you are using a US type water closet.. If you replace it with a fashionable Dutch style `ligger`you won`t get ploppin sounds anymore.

@raymondleeleggs: yes, It proved to be the wifi. When turned off, the sounds disappear. So that means *no* internet radio with FlyTunes :-(

The Ipof flickers whenever it pops' it could be sending a noisy signal to the stereo.

There could be Interfereance somewhere.
