i think there are 32. there are 12 episodes in season 1, 12 in season 2, six in season 3, and 2 in season 4. There's also a special episode at the end of the season so that makes 33. Trust me I've ssen them all.
man i was just browsing new anime vids that i wanted then i ran across this series again lol i remember whem i saw Princess Valkyrie about 3-4 years ago with the first season and since seen all 4 seasons. and by far i like season 2 the most and one reason is this song.
