He wears the wrist band for when he performs. When you play bass, guitar, etc. the body of the instrument can rub against your wrists/lower arm. And that hurts really bad when you are playing almost every night for years. So I'm assuming he wears the wristband to protect his arm (notice he wears it on the arm that touches the body of his bass) and I'm also assuming that it is NOT because he cuts himself.

I wear it because she slit her wrists and ankles before hanging herself, and covering my ankle is a reminder of what she went through. He could be doing something like that.

because if he breaks a string depending on where his hand is if hes playing in the middle it will snap both ways if he plays low it snaps up if he plays high it snaps down that why he wears longsleve and one wrist band on one arm and long sleeves and have you caught he has his sleeves rollled up on one side and not the other at times cause he know which why its gonna snap

I do, I'm bassist and I have to wear also a wristband because of the strings of the bass... when you play them you have to move a lot your wrist and so you can have easily tendinitis. ITS CAUSE he is right handed at playing the bass so when he is moving his arm up and down wearing a wrist band all the time makes it more comfortable for him to do it and wearing a wrist band and playing but he wears it when he isnt playing cause its like getting prepared cause you put a pic of him playing the bass a few times and the rest of him getting ready and maybe he also sometimes wears them cause he likes them SO NOW U KNOW !!

Okay, so I have to explain to you... do you know how hard is being a bassist player? I do, I'm bassist and I have to wear also a wristband because of the strings of the bass... when you play them you have to move a lot your wrist and so you can have easily tendinitis. The wristband protects you of that little but annoying thing... so, he doesn't cut himself. He doesn't have to, he has an amazing life, amazing friends, amazing brother and an amazing wife. He can't ask for more.

He doesnt cut him self. He wears a wristbands so he doesnt get guitar/bass burn and also so that sweat doesnt drip into the strings and make him play horribly.
Oh and guitar/bass burn is when your sweat from ur wrist/ fore arm drips onto the guitar or bass and rubbs your wrists and fore arm raw. It hurts bad so i always wear one

I can sort of relate to it, because I hate wearing long sleeves (I always roll them up) but I also don't like it when my wrists are bare. I usually just wear some kind of bracelet, but still. ;)
