  • So what do you really think of the FHTM Ponzi scheme?

  • Hey I watch both of you and Lisa's videos and I'm glad to see that you two know of each other. I want to follow in both of your footsteps...

  • MLM = Scheme....sad that so many of us fall for this. I did with Prepaid legal and quickly realized it for what it was and cancelled.

  • I most disagree as there are some bad companies out there...there are also some good ones as well. When you are looking to get into the network marketing industry you must do you research because you will get scammed. The key to making network marketing work is having a unique product that everyone needs not want. You can't put every network marketing company in the same boat because there are some better than others.

  • Hi Ros,

I just realized I forgot to ask your opinion surrounding 'Carbon Copy Pro'?

This thing is more tightly guarded than a US military 'black ops' program??

My spidey sense are a' tinglin'... but I'd reeeeeeeeaaaally like those two seemingly "swell" and genuine young (fellow) Canadians to be legit??

    Any thoughts?

    j.

  • Also, be aware of radio ads and talk shows advertising IncomeAtHome. It's just another MLM scheme that people should be aware about! Do your research before you buy into these programs. You should never have to buy a program to make money. That should be a Red Flag for everyone!

  • @thefront You're right. I was actually going to mention that one, but might have to make another video.

  • I agree wth you 110 percent... I fell into that trap when I was 19 and never again will I have anything to do with MLM.

  • I totally agree. I make a full time 6-figure living as an affiliate marketer and can't imagine doing MLM. Not for me. First of all, I HATE the idea of recruiting people and having the bulk of your income depend on that. When you are an affiliate, you control your income and you choose what you want to promote. I'm sure there are some people making good money but it's just not the model for me. Can't imagine recruiting my friends/family to this.

  • @lisa3876 Hi Lisa, I agree. The recruiting aspect is my biggest bone of contention with these ridiculous schemes. I like being able to promote products that I enjoy, without the added stress of having to build up a downline.

  • I agree with you! My family and I signed up for a different "MLM". We lost our $500 investments due to the "bait and switch" advertising. We all learned our lesson from this fiasco. Fortunately, we got out of it only after three months. I will never sign up for an MLM again. Please do your RESEARCH before signing up for anything!

  • And 97 % of mlm fails too...

  • Carbon Copy Pro, BIB and Wealth Masters International are goofy MLM schemes like this. Stay away. It's like a cult of ignorance.
