I wish I could remember the name of & find a Donald Duck VHS tape I had back in the day. I was thinking "best of", or "classic' or something, but I could be wrong. I remember it had an episode where he was in an arcade, riding a plane and having trouble.  I remember him sliding down it and the propeller cutting him in the azz and he screamed. Another skit he had a flat tire that he kept patching, and it kept going flat again.

Thanks.  I really wish I could find the VHS tape that had all of those episodes on it though. Some real classics. I used to watch it all the time when I was a kid.

I remember the final episode on the tape he and his neighbor (forget his name) were having a war. The part that sticks out the most is one's tree was over the other's property line so he cut it down.

The episode you mention is a special case. If we're going by Don cartoons, there's one called "The New Neighbor" where he fights against Pete. BUT, the gag you mention reminds me of another cartoon called "Pink Panzer", a Pink Panther cartoon where the titular character and an unnamed neighbor engage in war, emphasizing the war aspect.

It was Pete alright, that piqued my memory. Yes, I used to have a VHS tape with all these episodes and more. I still have a VCR, if I could find the thing on Amazon or something I'd cop it. Not being able to remember the name kind of throws a monkey wrench in that process though ;)
