Just wanted to tell you this is some good info, but you shouldn't forget to keep your low back flat on the ground eliminating lumbar curvature. So this way the focus remains in the lower abdominals and not so much in the hip flexors. I prefer the swiss ball pass from your hands to your feet and then reversed. I respect what you do in your videos. Keep up the good work.
@scott herman: I find your videos informative and aptly catering to my needs, including this one, there was a little request -- if you can provide a tricep blasting video and another back blasting video ( bearing in mind that you already have couple of targeted routines ), but just for variation and more fun.

@Pk2Die Well the thing is, I train for my goals brotha. Naturally gaining a few pounds of muscle a year is good enough for me. That way I can continue to do all the things I want to do :)
@Pk2Die He's at a point where he won't get much bigger anytime soon. Yes, over the next 20 years, he will gain muscle, but over the next year he probably won't put on anything noticeable
@Pk2Die On Scott's behalf: He is aiming to gain about 5lbs more muscle this year ( he said so recently in a video) and he did use to be very skinny too (check his fb page and somewhere he has photos :P )
