There is no reason to deny that he could get cancer again. If he does get sick again guess who will be president.

They're separatists. Isn't that enough? And their slogan is "Alaska First," which I guess is better than the Republicans' unspoken slogan of "Anything for the Party!" -- but only slightly.

Being somewhat of an anarchist, I'd have to answer 'no' to your first question. I think the 'less government = more right wing' myth needs to be discarded. Google "second vermont republic" to see a separatist group that isn't full of fascists.

we aren't voting for any Vice Presidents from the Second Vermont Republic. So comparing the two groups is irrelevant.

And the "less government = more right wing" myth is one that the party has created. They want to reduce the role of government in commerce, but seem to really enjoy increased role of government in terms of power over the people.

Several Native American peoples have sought independence. The Red Lake Chippwas of Minnesota live in a soveriegn nation around Red Lake. Native Alaskans do not really wnat to be known as Alaskans but as their own soveriegn native nation to be free to practice their ways on their own. BTW, Palin as governor has discriminated against them
