why are no suggestions about managing anger actually anything but common sense. If common sense solutions worked I wouldn't have an anger problem.

I wish this actually worked but when your angry you tend not to care. luckily as much as i blow up i never hurt anyone or do anything that i regret later. I even make sure i don't make a mess or break anything i care about. lol. I have a lot of worthless crap around my house i don't need and is better off broken. :) Just a couple minutes ago i smashed a butter dish that i accidentally broke(thats why i got mad) in a box so that the glass didn't get everywhere. lol thats why i'm here. lol.
