What I can understand from this song is the sister(blind one) is mentally distressed because of her previous love and she though that her unni's boyfriend is her ex-boyfriend and had been 'haunting' them..She had been asking help from her unni but her unni couldn't take it anymore because she'd been thinking her unni's boyfreind is her boyfriend

The blind sister loves her unni very much that she try to be like her. As far for touching the guy, it might be that she wanted to feel whats it like to be someone loved by her unni. But her unni mistook her. She cant stand the sister behavior towards her husband so she tries to wipe her makeup. but she then regret it and turn back to reality.....

anyhow, I'm still searching the logical one...

The blind sister had once loved the guy.Yet, she never says it. When the guy marriesto her unni, she become crazy. She try to forget him but she can't . Thats why she end up being in their room every night feeling him. It might be that she tries on makeup so she can be like her sister, and thus be closer to him(thats why she smell her sis's cloths too)

The sister can't stand her attitude so try to 'erase' her while the husband feels a lil guilty + sorry (not sure of this~)

Well, there are two ways to interpret the song

1. The sister(blind one) loves her older sister and just wants to be with her and be like her , where she puts make up on, but the sister mistakes it for her being in love with her husband.

2.The sister (blind one) is in love with her older sisters husband and wants to impress him and so she puts the make up on.

The sister then gets mad and washes her make up off but soon realizes that what she did was wrong and is shocked at what she did.

Well, this song is super confusing and while I really like @giraffekibou's explanations, I would like to think that the mv is still somewhat related to the title "cleansing cream". Also, if the sister was blind from birth, it would be more likely (in my mind) that she be independent and able to semi-survive without depending on her sister (living with her) and stuff. Thus, I believe that she was only recently made blind. The blind sister must feel confused on the abrupt change in her

@muzixtsukikurohi i totally agree, this is a very confusing mv, and  I thought about that too, but she doesnt look old enough to survive on her own, and she appears to be childish.. but i do agree that it should be more closely related to the title cleansing cream and on allkpop they said it was about "a girl’s anguished feelings in being unable to forget a lover from her past, and her tears cause her makeup to run" , I hope that the director explains the Mv just like that did for Sixth Sense :D
