core strength is essential too building explosive speed and strength for any sport, if you think these exercise will not help with that, then you have no idea what you're talking about.

If anyone has any suggestions or interests of exercises, ill be happy to give you some advise. Also i could suggest alternative exercises which might get your desired result in a smaller time scale (e.g. rather than a deadlift try a side deadlifts). thanks for reading.

There's a debate as to whether medicine balls work. I have a 7 kg /15lb one so at least it has some weight training effect.

As a personal trainer, I thought these were great exercises. Very good for developing core strength and coordination.

I love using the Medicine Ball, helps with explosive power.
Some good ideas here but I like the Vortex Workout better.
