  • There's a debate as to whether medicine balls work. I have a 7 kg /15lb one so at least it has some weight training effect.

  • Good exercises!  I got a 12 pound medicine ball and enjoy working with it!

  • core strength is essential too building explosive speed and strength for any sport, if you think these exercise will not help with that, then you have no idea what you're talking about.

    "ABCSPEEDTRAING" the exercises are great just try and add a little more aggression and power into them otherwise your not going to get anywhere. Keep up the good work! :)

  • Maybe you might get inspired by my med ball exercises, they're a bit extreme so be careful to not brake anything. IF YOU OR ANYONE IS INTERESTED....CHECK OUT MY MED BALL WORKOUT! or my chin up claps in my other video.

    If anyone has any suggestions or interests of exercises, ill be happy to give you some advise. Also i could suggest alternative exercises which might get your desired result in a smaller time scale (e.g. rather than a deadlift try a side deadlifts). thanks for reading.
