  • That's Awesome!

  • this child is clearly ataxic- not athetoid!!

  • @TheBons777 i agree

  • This is wonderful. My son has hemiplegic CP and has had four sessions of Therasuit so far. After his first three - week session as a baby, he was crawling on hands and knees (something the doctors said he would never do), using his left hand for the first time and gained incredible strength. Each time we go, he makes tremendous gains in terms of both gross and fine motor skills. He notices the change in himself and is so happy. The person putting criticizing Therasuit is full of it.

  • This is beautiful! I am extremely impressed with this form of therapy regardless of the comments of others. I am glad to see that little Nat is doing so well.

  • It is so nice to see the uneducated people talking once again on something don't experience on a daily basis. I have a teenager with CP and have personally gone to Michigan, poland, california, and it is now offered in TX. I don't make my child do anything she doesn't want to do. She gets such enjoyment out of walking or riding her bike. And if it weren't for these types of therapies that don't feel sorry for the poor disabled child, my daughter would still be locked inside herself.

  • awesome

  • he dosent looks like that he has athetosis

  • As a grandparent of a cp child of 6 who cannot sit up on his own, it delights me to see Nate walk, you can see the excitement on his face. Hard work for him. proud of you, Nate!

  • in deep water in order to swimm when you don't know to swimm. Putting a child to do just those things which it cannot do doesn't mean that he also will realy learn to do it spantaneously.

Why one is not putting new-born infants on their feet one month or so after their birth in order to teach them to stand and walk even quicker than the natural process of functional developpment does? No one is surpized that in spite of all great therapies there yet exist so many handicapped adults. Why?

  • @gaugin1903 "No one is surpized that in spite of all great therapies there yet exist so many handicapped adults. Why?"

WHAT?! So unless it cures our children completely, it's bogus? You're so full of crap that it's frightening. We who actually have children with special needs often go the the end of the earth to get them anything that will improve their quality of life - forget about curing them. You clearly know absolutely nothing about children with special needs or their families.

  • You are not orking on the elelmentary funktions of the nervous system, but only forcing the children to do something you thinl is important to be able to do in oerder to live independently, but you are not preparing the children through a real re-education of their nervous system by sensory informations. It is as if when you cannot sky surfing you get in spite of it a pair of sky put on your feet and are forced to surf down a long and twisted path on a very inclined

    hill, or pushed in deep

  • it's not to satisfy the parents need...my son had cp...parents did this in order to help this kids..by doing theraphy as early as possible will help this special kids a lot...please read more and understand more before you jugde on this parents..as one of the parents who had cp child, my son improve a lot compared to other children who started later..some of them started too late their body had become very very stiff...

  • What a circus!!! Only in order to satisfy the frustration of the parents you put their children to do just what they are yet not functionally prepared for. This proves a fundamental lack of understanding of functional development.

  • obviously you have no idea what your talking about... special needs parents have a energized sense of parental instinct .. it's a matter of doing all you can to ensure that your child can one day function independently. Special need parents do not have the option to be selfish..

  • I had childhood arthrtis when I was little and never had that suit, I wonder if kids who have childhood arthritis that would help them.

  • Very Good Nate!!!!!

  • great video!!!congrats...Linda OTR/L
