Terrible album. Worst album they ever did(which is saying something).
Queensryche haven't made a halfway listenable album since Empire which was still pretty bad. This new one is pure country with some wannabe metal moments.
It's sad they neglect their past, they had so much potential in the 1983-1985 era.
Oh well, we always have Fates Warning to listen to. I mean Queensryche gave us "The Warning" which is fantastic as was the EP, and sort OF RFO and O:M was very good. Everything else boring

All of the albums from the EP through Promised Land were amazing. HITNF was okay, haven't listened to Q2K, but Tribe and American Soldier are both listenable.
I think you need to expand your mind.

Expand my mind? Why because I disagree with you? I don't like it because not only is poor flag waving, generic, and uninteresting but also because IMO it sounds disturbingly like country and nu metal at times. I find it unlistenable but that's just my opinion. Like it all you want but it's not good just because they are trying to be patriotic. I am a HUGE fan of the early Queensryche, so I REALLY wanted this album to be the one, but it wasn't. I'm not just bashing, I'm simply disappointed.
