it's called a earth temple because the spring at the end is called the earth spring which is interesting because the forest temple housed the skyview spring. get it skyview spring, earth spring eh, eh

well lava is pretty much melted rock, which makes up most of the earth below our feet....i guess that's why it is earth..especially because there is more lava than fire...

i'm with ya on this one, that's obviously fire and not earth! lava, fire enemies, yet it's earth? are we going to see rock enemies in the "fire" temple later?
