the phrase ,nothing runs like a deere, was around long before the fendt,but unlike john deere,fendt bettered john deere and moved ahead in terms of tractor technology.these days not even a deere can catch a fendt.there years ahead of john deere....well thats what i think anyway...

@scottstrike10 no they are not agco witch mackes fendt are not a good tractor to by because they are a small company and will get bourght out by case or john deere  after the tracter model for fendt hase been out for 10 years they stop making the parts but with john deere you can still by any part from the first model made

@johndeere38504 First of what you said made no sense, second of all I live on a farm with 10+ tractors, and we've replaced most of our JD's with Fendts for a reason.

@scottstrike10 I'm with you, only downside is that Fendts are a little harder to get in the US and you can't get a 936, biggest you can get here is a 933 with only the 50k package.

As far as I know, yes. The Fendt 936 Vario can attain speeds up to 38 MPH under normal operating conditions.

@scottstrike10 Yes. I saw a Fendt 936 Vario Black Beauty tractor on a highway going over 40 MPH (65 km/hour). That reminded me of the Batmobile! American tractor and tractor-tire manufacturers need to design tractors and tires which can exceed 40 MPH on the roads so farmers can spend less time on the road and more time on the farms. Anyway, how much does a Fendt 936 Vario Black Beauty cost in the United States? And can you get black wheels with the Black Beauty?
