Jericho, can you tell me how often you usually have to buy new strings for the bass ?

When I testet the SH strings, I wondered wheter the strings lose their brilliance as fast as roundwounds.

in my opinion SH strings loose their touch much sooner than roundwounds :( but it also depends on your style, and rounds are more trebly on their own anyway.

onestamente? il mio bianco è meglio! be, ovvio, me lo sono fatto io come lo volevo, quindi mi piace di più il manico e i pickup... ora il signature costerà anche di più, sai, se vai sul sito fender vedi che ora costa 1.700 dollari - se prima costava 1200 dollari ed erano diventati 1200 euro or costerà 1700 euro... ne vale la pena solo se sei VERAMENTE innamorato degli iron!

yeah, it is! and this bass doesn't make it easier - it's a great instrument, but the neck is very tough, not like some ibanez with flat-fast-super-modern-fretboa­rd I've seen... :)
