@IronwolfSOF Ah. It's a matter of taste really. Battlefront's ships are all premade and hardly take any skill to use/get kills. SWG makes you get your own parts (can get tedious) and have the skills to get the kills.

Flying without front armor in an interceptor class...Thats suicidal man, if you got in a joust with a fight class, you'd be shredded.

I usually fly 3rd person in my Y-Wing on Starsider in PvP using mouse and keyboard. My Joystick decalibrates itself all the time which causes problems.

I find 3rd person better for me cause you can see if someone is right behiend you if you zoom out from your ship

lol i sometimes do 1st person. I also switch back and forth to mouse and joystick lol. I always thought 3rd person war a bit easier for me, atleast when flying imp lol
