My grandparents used to dance like this!

Many times, my grandfather's band would be playing at the dances they attended, so my grandmother danced with a family friend. I hadn't been born at the time, but they used to compete in ballroom and swing dancing competitions. I've only seen the photos, but the gang looked great! My grandfather had a couple of zoot (aka zuit) suits back then. :D

That DVD is almost an hour and a half of virtuoso performances, including a section of trio work with him on guitar, Bernie Dressel on a drum set, and Mark Washington on slap bass.....freakin' outstanding!

Growing up with them in Massapequa in the late'70s early '80s were awesome days..All American Hamburger on Merrick Rd....THE hangout.Brian had a coral colored '57 Chevy that after awhile left a trail of blue smoke..who had money back then. One night the guys were playing at TK's in Amityville...the place was packed

and Brian was singing way to close to the mike..Every one was dancing and this guy backs right into the mike stand. SPLIT Brians lip open. Didn't even phase him.
