  • I got a cramp today running a 5k.I was in 7th place but I cramped up an lost 4 minutes off my time.

  • Sheesh, you're talking about "Side-cramps", like from eating OR drinking fluids and than running WITHOUT resting. JUST WALK IT OFF, so simple. As for Ab/Belly cramps, BIGGER DIFFERENCE, It's like the more you breathe regular or hard, the more you feel like you're actually gonna die OR that someone's slamming your belly with a baseball bat at a full-striking swing!!!

  • what do you eat before a race. because i always get stomach cramps while running and i dont want my coach to cut me from the team if i cant run any longer

  • bananas bananas bananas, eat 1 or 1 and a half, b4 a race and it works... i found that oatmeal works well too. but eat a little bit b4 the event to allow digesting time.
