@buster20007 well all the trucks are diffrent sizes, and with corners and traffic, its hard to move a large truck, like a ladder, though where you could fit an enigne, plus their more then one house coming, so their multi-directional. its actully an organized mess :P

@LCESstudios The ambulance was sounding it's siren at the car, who's driver was not paying attention as usual. It was the car that came around the Engine instead of pulling over and stopping. I work for FDNY, and would love to know where you get City vehicles take priority, because they don't. All emergency vehicles in the State of New York are governed by the NYS VTL section on Emergency Vehicles.

blue lights are not allowed front facing in new york state for police, ems and fd, only volunteer firefighters may have affixed one blue light to their private vehicles

Here in the UK all emergency vehicles have blue lights which for modern police cars, fire engines & ambulances are blue strobes on a lightbar and in various positions around the vehicle.

Schon mal in den USA gewesen? NY, LA, SF, LV? Dort sind die Randstreifen zugeparkt. Dort ist das nun mal anders, und so etwas kann sicherlich auch in Deutschland passieren.

Die neuen LED Blaulicht, die seit 3 Jahren alle Neufahrzeuge schmücken, sieht man vor allem am Tag 10 mal besser als jedes deutsches Blaulicht.

Was die alten Fahrzeuge des FDNY wie das erste Engine auf den Video angeht, geb ich dir aber Recht, wenn die Scheinwerfer nicht so hell blinenken würden, würde man die Fahrzeuge eigentlich gar nicht sehen.
