One thing I really love about this film is the mixing of retro and futuristic elements -it creates a very nice, beautiful contrast. The old-fashioned phone, answering machine, and electronics, that Nixie-tube clock in the factory, combined with the futuristic elements and technology, creates an unique atmosphere that's classic and timeless.
ok movie. pretty weird. I think he choose to save himself, and put in the numbers but we don't know. A lot of these movies draw from the futuristic elements of the matrix movie I think.
Every time I get to the part where Jeff cuts his biomechanical heart out, I get a really funny feeling in my chest. It's really disturbing.
