Fill up your meter and press:

Down-back, Down-back, low kick (first special). Before it shoots the enemy to the air, press;

Down, Down, Down, low punch. (second Special). When the fire has burnt for some time, press:

Down, Down, Down, low kick. (last special). Doing them three in a combo will make the last special a meta-special, causing loads of damage. =D
