i'm platinum blonde pretty much the same. i leave bleach paste on for almost an hour and then tone it to a frosty blonde. it takes a bit to get it that white trust me. :)

I'm as white-blond as she is. My natural hair color is dark blond, so my stylist uses a bleach with a high-number developer. Takes maybe forty-five minutes, maybe a little more, to pull it to platinum. I've had to go under the dryers occasionally to hurry the process.

Then it's rinsed out, shampooed and she pops on a purple toner to get rid of any yellow. I also use a hair taffy that's purple-toned to style with so it looks insanely white. Fun stuff! :D
