  • "We dont have a First Amendment so that we can talk about the weather"

Compare that to the criminal Bush when he said:

" We shall not tolerate outrageous conspiracy theories"

  • I have learned more from this man than any teacher I have ever had. Ron Paul 2012

  • Vote Obama. If not, at least vote RON PAUL. DO NOT VOTE FOR RICK SANTORUM OR NEWT GINGRITCH, they are dangerous.

  • What can I say? Ron Paul is awesome.

  • I chuckle every time I hear him says that "I don't want to use heroin so I need these law so I don't use heroin, I need the government to protect me so I don't use heroin"...LOL he is so real :)

  • "I thought I would never get an applause here with South Carolina"

    I'm sure you don't...

  • never heard of gary johnson but let me tell you this... i would have voted for him if ron paul wasn't in the candidate run for presidency

  • haha Ron Paul is a funny guy. I love his sincerity and honesty. I really like Gary Johnson too but I don't want to regulate or tax marijuana, I want the govt to get the heck out of people's personal choices.

  • PAUL and Johnson all wrapped up into one, MMMM LIKE BUTTER.

  • Ron Paul lowered his IQ so that the audience could understand. 1:55

  • The crowd was so loud, they shut the moderator up! 1:32

  • Ron Paul for President Gary Johnson for Vice.

  • Why did republicans shun gary johnson too? Are they mental? He's twice the candiate than santorum is.. lol Ron Paul is hte man though!

  • LOL @FoxNews a bunch of muppets

  • with absolute freedom comes absolute chaos. there is no right way

  • @elliments Freedom to do what people want to do ends when they hurt other people by their actions. If you want to do cocaine, fine, but don't get into a car and drive. Just like alcohol. It is legal and their are consequences for people when it is consumed and they get into a car and drive. It would not be absolute freedom. It does not mean there would be no laws. Paul just says its not the federal govts job to regulate what people do, it should be up to the states.

  • I like what was said although the cost benefit analysis is secondary for me. The freedom aspect is primary. The government should not be able to dictate what we do to our own bodies. Whether or not we eat healthy, drink alcohol or use drugs or even end our lives...it's all up to us. I would hope people make healthy choices but a free society doesn't dictate such things. We have government agents looking through children's lunch-boxes to approve or disapprove of the contents. It's getting worse.

  • O love this man.

  • I will lose faith in Americans if This man doesn't become President.

  • fucking priceless!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • FACT: Ron Paul has never said that a certain drug should be legal, he said that everyone should have the civil right to decide what they do harmful or not. Allow the state (in this case S.Carolina) to decide what they want. The Federal Government doesn't need to make a law for it. Child safety seats is another example, if it was a law you need to have one, does that mean people wont use them? or remove theirs?

  • Paul/Johnson 2012!! or

    Paul/Napolitano 2012!!

  • @ustasanick That would be great.

  • ...Remember you can go in to the delegation "undecided" then vote Ron Paul.

  • putting a debate on FOX is like when your cooking and realize that you used baking soda instead of baking powder and now your cookies are ruined. :(

  • Please help us get him elected.

  • This one is definitely good. My favorite all time is when he asks Bernanke if money is gold, and Bernanke says no, and Paul laughs at him and says, basically, "So it's been money for 6,000 years, and now it's not?"

  • I could get some work done today or watch YouTube videos... here I come street!!!!

  • Hell yeah at least another intelligent guy trying to become president! how ridiculous it is that an intelligent president is now rare. Gary Johnson would do very well in office, but 2012 is Ron Paul, Johnson VP?

  • in all fairness, Gary Johnson (the second guy speaking) did makes sense but not as much as the genius Ron Paul

  • @SheenBeast69 Both Gary Johnson and Ron Paul stand for the same things. I find that Ron Paul is a better speaker.

  • Looking from europe, I wish ron paul lived in my country. damn you have gold on your hands, vote him!

  • gary johnson should be pauls vp

  • Ron Paul only candidate that uses common sense. RON PAUL 2012!

  • Freedom. I love it.

  • I would take a bullet, and return fire.

  • "Heroin" did not "get the applause" you idiot....Ron Paul's common sense did!!!!!!

  • @saratiffin Him saying "I never thought heroin would get an applause" was a defence mechanism, activated when Ron Paul's intelligent response sent him back to school.

  • @saratiffin Ron should've have that ! What an ownage would that be :D !

  • @saratiffin

MSM sock puppets are incapable of distinguishing between DEFENDING FREEDOM and ADVOCATING HEROIN USE.

The audience rightly applauded Ron Paul because unlike MSM sock puppets, it had enough common sense to understand the distinction.

  • @saratiffin It's called LIBERTY!

  • /watch?v=qZqYV9KKOZQ&feature=related

all marijuana and drug enthusiasts will like this

  • Common sense!! That's what it boils down to!

  • This is a smart and logical man. He would be a good president.

  • @blkcpdconure Totally, he's so consisten, his logic is so crystal clear. Its brilliant!

  • marijuana is responsible for 0 deaths a year. alcohol is one of the leading causes of deaths. both are drugs. a drug is a "mind-altering substance" - if we have one of the worst drugs legalized, why should the others be illegal when they don't do harm to others?

  • Whats the first thing you do when someone says DONT DO THAT, you do it LOL ROn Paul has too much common sense for stupid Americans is why he prolly wont be elected. He's not trying to brainwash you he is teaching you common sense and we, dont, get it...

  • I love chris said Marijuana lol "Marawannah"

  • Heroin didn't get an applause, Chris, it was FREEDOM OF CHOICE!

  • I love Ron Paul but that second guys answer was right on point as well

  • @ListenandQuestion yeah Gary Johnson is a libertarian as well but since he dropped everyone like Ron Paul

  • Chris Wallace just got mind F*&^ked! lol

  • Mr. Ron Paul is not a senator! He is a congressman from Texas mr modorator!

  • Heroin did not get an applause. Ron Paul did. Fox News Jackass.

  • I ADORE Ron Paul

  • I don't get why they even have republican debates

this guy is the only one that makes sense

  • I would lay down my life for Ron Paul without hesitation. The man is god in my eyes! America's only hope!

  • A shame that Gary Johnson never got traction. He's second only to Ron Paul.

  • End the insane war on the people. Liberty.

  • Funny how the two men speaking are the only two men I would vote for this election

  • God. this man inspires me to get myself out of the bubble of ignorance and be courage to speak my mind regardless of the situation.

  • 3:24 so true

  • Republicans hate Ron Paul because he actually believes in freedom while the Republican establishment works hard to destroy liberty in America. Bush proved this with the so called "Patriot" act.

  • The Government wants your power of self-determination off you and into their hands so they can make you do what they want. Simple as that. With personal Liberty, you know they have no right to do that. Problem is, today, most people don't know that and give up their rights to corporate scum government and their bankster masters, without even thinking twice about it.

It's a sad state of affairs when free people give up their freedoms and liberties due to laziness, ignorance and fear-mongering!

  • @Itsmeeman1 Well said man, well said.

  • That was hilarious. This is the first time I'm seeing anything from Gary Johnson, smart guy, at least on the issue he discussed.

  • Listen to how they always try to trap him, or make his ideals sound inhumane. They'll tell you that all us Ron Paul supporters are potheads who just want to smoke weed and not get punished. You could believe this...or you could do your research outside of Fox News and see that he's the only candidate who has a legitimate plan to fix the problems that the government creates. I love this man.

  • I laughed my ass off when I first saw this. Ron Paul is a hilarious man but within his humor is a very serious truth. Do we really need the government to tell us that its wrong to do drugs?

  • @justinrudolph100 Right? As a parent, I thought it was MY job to teach my child the negative ramifications of drug use.

  • @namaste2911 It is. problem is, if you don't know the truth about the real negative effects, only what the government has TOLD you, then how can you honestly teach your kids? This is the problem that got the UK Government's own Drugs Advisor the sack. He told the truth and was forced out because the government didn't want him telling the people and ruining their political agenda.

Just remember... the government lies, most prescription drugs are bad for you and some others are not. Weird!

  • @Itsmeeman1 Agreed...I've talked my whole family off of prescription drugs & I don't believe anything that comes from government funded anything, anymore; including my public school education. I research everything on my own & don't start giving it credence until at least three separate sources corroborate the information.

Additionally, I believe the myriad uses for cannabis as alternative solutions to problems ranging from fuel to food shortages makes it criminal to ban its growth

  • @namaste2911 Not are you completely right about what you've just said, but you should know that under the British and the USA Constitutions and the International Law on Human Rights 1946/8, it IS a criminal offence to prohibit the growth and use of cannabis.

please see the FCDA Report for more info or just go to the cannabis-truth website

  • @Itsmeeman1 Thank you for the information. Why is it then, that less than two miles from where I live, someone who experienced vandalism of their vehicle in their driveway ended up with police at their door with a warrant days later, to search their house for cannabis because the police smelled something suspicious when they investigated the vandalism?

Hemp can be used for food, fuel, fabric, paper, plastics etc. In the interest of education, specifically, what am I wrong about?

  • @namaste2911 I typed faster than I liked, before. It was supposed to read 'Not only are you completely right..." Sorry about the misunderstanding there.

The Police have two roles in society. One is to the people the other is to the corporation. The people's laws are in their constitutions. I call these REAL Laws. The corporate laws are the Bills etc and they are only there to gain money from the people. It's a sort of tax. Cannabis growth is not a criminal offence if you pay the tax.

  • @namaste2911 The problem with trying to pay the tax for cannabis growth is that the government rarely gives people the ability to pay it. They then arrest people for the offence of not paying tax on a taxable commodity. The UK has given out the high THC level cannabis tax permit to 1 company only, to my knowledge. That's called CW Pharmaceuticals. The US only gives out it's tax permit to their government growers for their scientific purposes and research; never to the public.

    It's a scam!

  • @namaste2911 FYI - as of the 27th of February 2012 (tomorrow) the UK's Crown Prosecution Service (the Judiciary) will NOT be pressing charges or sentencing anyone in the UK for growing 9 or fewer cannabis plants for personal medical consumption if a medical condition can be shown to warrant it's use.

Since there are quite a few medical conditions that are mediated or cured from cannabis then there are going to be a lot of 'medical' users in the UK... that know of the CPS's ruling.

  • @namaste2911 Please note. It's not a crime to use a drug. Only to grow or sell without a licence and therefore avoid paying the tax on it. That's where the 'corporate police officer' and his warrant come into the picture. Under the constitution, he'd just walk away and do nothing. Know the law. Know your rights. Vote Ron Paul and take the police out of the drug racket!

  • @Itsmeeman1 Wow :) I'm glad that was a typo; no worries on my misunderstanding...I'm just relieved that we agree. Wish you were here in the States because we need all the Ron Paul supporters we can get.

I went to DC on 02/20/12 to show my support for the Veterans who turned their back on the White House ~ it was lovely to hear them chanting President Paul ~ it reverberated with sanity.

Thanks for all of your comments!

  • @namaste2911 I'm glad to hear you say this. Usually its these worried parents running around trying to get the government to control people to make it safer for their children.

  • @justinrudolph100 I don't understand that mentality. In my opinion, the best we can do for our kids is teach them that the world can be dangerous and show them how to keep themselves safe.

Personal accountability, responsibility and respect are undernourished by our current social standards. Example; instead of trying to control bullying, we need to give our kids tools to diffuse the bullies. When kids ask for help with bullying local people should intervene when necessary.

  • Ron Paul seems to be by far the most viable option as a president of The US. Watching with binoculars from Europe, crossing fingers.

  • For Ron Paul supporters outside of the U.S., PLEASE spread the message in your country!!! Help us get RP elected!!!

  • @piratsindre17 Come to america when Eurozone fails.

  • @santran What is Eurozone?

  • @piratsindre17 Ron Paul has the most enthusiastic and informed pool of voters I've ever seen. He is the ONLY candidate(Dem or Repub) who truly stands for any significant change to status quo problems.

Unfortunately, there are too many boobs who think drug legalization is too far; they also disagree with his non interventionist foreign policies...

My fellow Americans make me ill. Its sad to admit Paul will almost certainly not receive the nomination.

  • @piratsindre17 Viewing with YouTube from Australia, Fingers Crossed. ;)

  • It's not that he speaks of truth (although he does), it's that he speaks his mind. He doesn't care about who votes for him. I mean really, if you win the election but won by lying, the cause is useless *cough*Obama*cough*.

  • I have faith that Ron Paul could go down in history as the best President the United States ever had.

  • I would too take a bullet for this man

  • That guy who spoke after ron paul also made sense on the pot legalization.

there is a great need for weed and hemp it can boost economic growth and create tax revenue.

  • if Ron Paul isn't nominated whomever is will not win because Ron Paul supporters won't vote for a neocon, and that's all you've got left in the republican field. If he gets on the ballot as a write in I'll write him in. If he runs third party I'll support him there. If he drops out I'll vote Libertarian.

  • @ronpaulforall "If he gets on the ballot as a write-in" Hold up. There's no "being on the ballot" for write-ins, that's why they are write-ins. You don't vote for anyone on the ballot and write-in your own candidate

  • VOTE RON PAUL!!!

  • That Gary Johnson guy seems pretty clued up also

  • History has repeated itself again. Remember what happened after 1919 when phoibition for alcohol started? One of the bloodiest times in our country. The mobsters got rich, and the roots of that money still run some things to this very day. Most don't believe that, but thats how the mob had money to go legit. And I wonder who's really running things now. Our elected officals????? Think about it. Peace

  • Damn... Who's this Gary Johnson guy?? Wouldn't mind him being the VP on Ron Paul's ticket... Although I think the establishment would consider suicide if that were to happen.

  • @orangeblood307 If Ron Paul is not going to Run 3rd party or independent I will be casting my vote for Gary Johnson!!!!

  • @phalconbreath

be real, Ron Paul is running republican for better chances, if your fear is that he wont win the nomination take a watch /watch?v=GhRr-4hDqb4

  • @zenokro Link didn't work for me...

  • @orangeblood307

Youtube search Doug Wead on The Rachel Maddow Show MSNBC 2/10/12

  • I don't smoke cigarette or smoke weed or do any drugs. But for fucks sake if someone wants to do it then thats their god damn business. Get the fucking government out of the way for fucks sake

  • @fuckvegan I did drugs when was a failed rock star before started a family and had a great time never did any harm to anyone. i have seen people mess up with drugs but just because we have a few alcholics does that give us the right to ban people having a glass of wine with their meal. Its about taking responsability for your own life that what Ron Paul is saying he isnt pro drugs just pro choice. The people who dont want drugs legal are the dealers and gangs

  • Drug laws do more harm, than the drugs themselfs.

  • I would take a bullet for this man

  • @kingdomthrone from the hear baby. i belive you. i would too and i never met the man

  • @kingdomthrone An Honest Politician. We've been joking about that for so long that the joke is now on us.

Ron Paul 2012 and get your Liberty back!

  • @kingdomthrone Why do it for this fuckwit.... just do it anyway and do the world and your mother a favour,

  • @kingdomthrone YOUR THE MAN BRO I LOVE THIS GUY TO........BUT THEY WONT LET HIM WIN....TO MANY CROOKS BEHIND THE ELECTIONS,,

  • i think gary's response was rather fantastic as well. very well spoken.

  • The fact that this was on Fox news made it all the better. RP12

  • He calls Paul "senator"....sheesh!

  • Though I'm all for Ron Paul, I think it is really unfortunate that no one paid attention to Gary Johnson. If Ron Paul could speak as clearly and as succinctly as Governor Johnson he might be doing better. I don't personally care about speaking ability but it does seem to make a difference to many stupid voters. Also, Johnson is so right on so many issues. I hope he runs in 2016.

  • Those are Paul's better ideas. What is wrong is leaving these things up to the states. If that had been done all this time, black people would be going around back to enter buildings and would be forbidden to enter some. The state legislatures are now mostly extreme reactionary buybull thumpers,. We would all have to move to California or Canada. He also is against regulation of business, as if corporations can be trusted....

  • great ron paul moment but gary johnson had a descent vision on the problem or rather solution .i think g.j. would make a good vp for ron paul...

  • @xxdjcharlierockxx agreed

  • It's interesting that the questions pointed at the principled candidate are designed to embarass him (and totally fail to do so) but the questions posed to the guy who makes decisions not based on what is right or constitutional but on the basis of cost-benefit analysis are soft.

  • I wish I had the great honor to be Ron Paul’s body guard

  • WORD.

  • I love Ron Paul !!

  • Chris Wallace just doesn't understand liberty! If u just understand the term, it's really not difficult to understand his real point! It's not about legalizing heroine. It's about giving ppl the freedom of choice.

  • Legalize weed legalize acid. DONT Legalize meth, cocaine, heroin, Ecstasy, Or any other hard drugs. Cause that shit is wack.

  • @AchievementWinner

Legalizing does not equal condoning. Portugal decriminalized all the major drugs (cocaine, heroine etc) and focused on preventing drug use and helping addicts. As a result drug consumption DECREASED!

  • @1SapereAude1 Yes I know. But I still don't want cocaine stores around town. It's just dirty.

  • @AchievementWinner you already do asshole.....they are called "PHARMACIES".

  • @melvincooper1 They don't sell cocaine at pharmacies dipshit! You know it's people like you that really let any country down. I cannot even believe your stupidity right now "ASSHOLE!"

  • @AchievementWinner you really believe that don't you? good luck in life kid....your gonna need it.

  • @melvincooper1 I already make more money than you and I'm 17!

  • @AchievementWinner this is your argument?

  • @1SapereAude1

Portugal is something a lot of people are unaware of and we need to get that message out!!

  • @1SapereAude1 .. Yes the American fascists just do not get it .. their ancestors were witch burners..

  • just like in the 20's... prohibition is causing more problems than the drugs and personal users themselves. ron paul also thinks hard drugs are "wack" but that is irrelevant to the cost-benefit analysis of the War on Drugs, which has failed miserable. It is getting more and more clear every day, and Mexico is now a warzone.

  • He's a god damn rocker.

  • if the liberals get elected in Canada and Ron Paul wins in 2012, that's going to mean both with have decriminalized marijuana within the next couple years. Now high school kids wont have to have criminal record for having a dime bag in their backpack on a friday and police can spend their time dealing with criminals. Nice to see both countries moving forward!

  • @gneisscleavage But unfortunately Paul doesn't have a chance of winning. It will be Romney or Gingrich or even *gag* Santorum. So for that reason I predict Obama will be re-elected.

  • @derDeutscherMann92 Paul > Obama >>>>> all the other republicans.

  • @gneisscleavage I agree. Sorry for my cynicism. I really am pulling for him though. Ron Paul 2012

  • I like how the moderator slipped in "gay marriage" at the end of his statement. This isn't exactly a problem if done in excess, Person-Who-Is-Supposed-To-Be-Fair-And-Reasonable!

  • I am sick and tired of stupid old people who drink liquor telling me I should be in jail for smoking weed.

  • "You're saying, people should be allowed to do what they want to do in their private quarters on their own time and not harm anyone or anything? You crazy bastard!"

    What crazy brainwashed idiots hear:

"You want people to do crazy dangerous drugs that turn them into violent criminals immediately and let them run amuck with STD'S disobeying our lord and saviours word?""

  • It's not like he's saying ..... When I get in the Oval Office the first thing I'm going to do is legalize heroin. That's a bunch of shit, that's the way that they word it so people think he is bat shit crazy. He is simply saying .... When he gets in office he will back the FEDERAL Government off of the states and let the states legalize whatever drug they want. I doubt the states are jumping to legalize hard drugs as well. Look for weed to be legal in a lot of the states. But jesus people listen

  • "We don't have a first amendment so we can talk about the weather" LIKE A BOSS

  • if alcohol is legal y isn't dope? they both lead to harder things if u let them, there's really no difference other than I believe alcohol is worse. and Paul is right, so it becomes legal tomorrow, I've never smoked pot nor will I ever, it's about freedom of choice, like cigarettes or alcohol.

  • 2:05 my favorite part hahaha
