  • Obrigado Itaapua pelas ensenhanzas na capoeira. é um gosto saber que a raiz tá presente lá no brasil, me cheia de malandragem e axé, aqui em mexico.

  • I also teach how to grapple and use weapons in capoeira,as we all know that grappling and weapons are a vital part of capoeira.I have grappling and weapons rodas. It's fun and impacts the grappling and weapon use exactly as it guides inspires and adds rhythm to the more traditional striking aspects of capoeira. We cut in and out of the weapons and grappling portions exactly as we do the striking.I'll put up videos of us doing this,as to my knowledge we're the only ones who do it like that.

  • I like the fact that you include real self defense skills with the other aspects of capoeira: the music, the fitness, the acrobatics, and I really like the way that you fuse yoga and capoeira together because that union is already a part of capoeira.I do that too and I teach capoeira's history from Africa to Brazil as part of my students' belt requirements or else they don't advance in rank. Zumbi dos Palmares,Queen Nzingha,Besouro, the Maltas,Mestres Pastinha,Bimba to the mestres of today.

  • Can someone please translate for me what he says. I appreciate your help, thanks.
