I have also found America's "The Swan Princess" right before "Swan Lake" on youtube and i thonght that would be the one I am lookin' for.. right after i watched it,, i feel like something's missing in there and it wasn't the one i am lookin' for.. so i had to search again thoroughly then i finally got the one which shown to be filmed on 1981!

Compared to "Swan Lake"; The Swan Princess Movie is more of a comedy rather than a beautiful play almost like "Sleeping Beauty".

A little of my disappointment when the character's name is Bridget, and she's a squat little toady to Rothbart in the Swan Princess movie instead of having Odile (does not exist within that movie) substitutes the evil version of Odette sent to charm Siegfreid (appears with the name "Derreck" if that's how you spell it), again, I was disappointed, although it was fun to see a toady woman get zapped into a beautiful dark version of the rather weak Odette. XP

Thank you SO MUCH for uploading this song!! So many people seemed wanted it badly and I was definitely one of them. The song is much more beautiful than I anticipated. The Japanese phonics on the screen seem to contain quite amount of errors, though. "Mizumi" should be spelled "Mizuumi" to begin with.

Making the English version theme song costs extra time, extra money and extra care. And they think broadcasting songs in untouched foreign languages will only puzzle the viewing children. Thus the great tragedy of omitting beautiful theme songs continue... and keep people like us in sad darkness of missing and craving something wonderful in nostalgia. It happens in plenty of other language versions as well. "Swan Lake" anime should have been treated as art, not children's show...
