Um, I thought the movie was called, "The Nightmare Before CHRISTMAS", not "The Nightmare Before xmas". I don't get why people call Christmas xmas. It's disrespectful to Jesus.

@MsVampyreLover Insult? How is using a shorter word that the ROMANS used an insult? Also, You realize that MOST of the holidays you celebrate are of deeper histories and backgrounds right? TBH, Jesus would have been born at a different time than the winter (Spring I believe it was). That Easter isn't about Jesus either. It's got more Celtic roots, as does Christmas. I'm so SICK of people getting this mixed up. Besides the "X" used in "Christmas" or "X-mas" represents CROSS.It's a shorter word.

@starwarscrazy12 Tim Burton actually didn't direct this movie though... it was his original idea, though he had help writing it so it wasn't entirely his vision, and he was actually seldom around during the actual production of the film. He produced it so he showed up every once in a while, but it was more the doing of Henry Selick, who actually directed.
