@4teh4 Actually if you go to their website it states they will take ANY length because they can sell it if they cant use it. And my friend is a stylist so I know they can from two reliable sources.

One of the students at my school recently died of cancer, and so some of the students are shaving their heads. I wanted to donate some of my hair, but i didnt want to shave my whole head. So i heard from my friend, that Locks of Love is a really good Charity to donate to, but i have highlights in my hair. I wasnt sure if when they say bleached, this meant highlighted too?
What I found out is that even if its bleached, or its dyed, you can still send it and if they cant use it in hair piece they can sell it and get money for their charity. So whatever you do will help :)

you know, locks of love is a sham. they don't donate hair to bald cancer kids, they SELL hair to kids with alcopecia. you're better off selling your hair and donating the money to a charity of your choice.
