Shes lonely usually a hamster needs a companion or a mate to keep themselves company

i have 2 winter white hamsters with red eyes and they are sisters i always take both of them out at the same time and everything because if one of them dont have the other for company she starts to go nuts so thats why i always take them out together

Seriously though, that does look a little unusual... just a little note in case you havnt considered, looking at the cage, I think you might need somewhere for the hamster to hide, a coconut house maybe. Hamsters spend their lives either in 'sleep mode' in burrows, or in 'forrage mode' where theyre out in the open high on the alert for predators. If they dont have a 'burrow' they are stuck in alert mode. I think your hamster might just needs a dark enclosed place in which to hide.
