  • thankyou

    i've been looking 4 this 4 hours!!

  • this was sooo helpful but how do you close the necklace?

  • you can close it with velcro on each side, or with a safety pin. or if you want to be artsy, get necklace clasps from a craft store and glue them on with E6000

  • @weathergirl112

did u glue the velcro on wiv super glue or summit?

  • i used E6000, but any strong glue will work. : )

  • This is the best tutorial I've seen! Thanks!

  • Best Tutorial for starburst chains so far, thank you now i get it! :)

  • thanks this is so helpful!! about how many starburst wrappers do you need to make a bracelet?

  • Depends how big your wrist is.

  • wow thanx! lol nice vid

  • "hotdog-style!"

    LOVE THE TERMINOLOGY!

  • Thanks. It's so easy to learn with you teaching!. Very detailed.

  • great tutorial

  • omg thank you so much.. I really apprecate this video...i am suscrbiing bc this video is so great...i hav one question tho

Could u cut magazines that small and make it with them

  • of course! use whatever you'd like. just use the dimensions of a starburst wrapper (or the ratio if you want something bigger). good luck and send a picture my way if you figure it out! : )

  • ok awesome thanks so much.. :]

  • i made one from magazines and another from orbit gum wrappers all my friends loved them thanks so much :]

  • that's awesome!

  • this craft was first created in prisons. inmates used cigarette wrappers and cellophane to make picture frames and baby shoes. Google prison art and you'll find some of these crafts.

  • wow!

    creative!

  • i'm not quite sure, although measuring a starburst wrapper would tell you. i don't think it really matters honestly, as long as in the end you have a V half the width of the next chain link (so they fit together when connected. if you want bigger links, use bigger pieces of paper. it should be around 5/6 cm by 9/10 cm. so at most a 1:2 ratio.

  • really well explained. only one thing, whats the paper size (in centimeters)?

  • thanks alot! that really helped mines coming along really well ive had to use a little bit of super glue here and there though but its so easy, my cusuin was gonna make me one but never got to it so i tryed it on my own!

    thanks again !!!!!!!!!!

  • Thank You Very Much. I'll wait your next video.

  • thank you, your instruction is the best - clever!

  • "so you can have a big v" lol sorry that was funny

    great tutorial!

  • Awesome! Thank you, you explained everything super well, I watched some other tutorials and they were way confusing. Thanks for posting!!!

  • i made 2 sets of chains(thanks to this video) but i wanted to make a 2 layered braclet, and i couldnt figure how to connect them, so i improvised. i used the lttl twist things that keep the bread bags closed. they worked pretty good if you cut them shorter. i hope this helps if you want to add some layers to ur braclets! btw great video!

  • thanks that was so easy to understand love it ....

  • thanks for using the note cards, it made it waaayy easier to understand! :)

  • Thank you!! for you tutorial :)

  • Thanks for sharing! You made it soo easy. I just started mine and it's coming out pretty good. I don't have any starburst wrappers, so i use Necko wrappers, lol.

    Thanks again!!

  • best tutorial. thanks :D

  • Thank you SO MUCH!

  • Thankz!! That was a smart thing to use the notecards. I watched other videos and I couldent get it! Tiny wrappers.

  • wow, that was smarttt , using paper instead to show us instead of the tiny wrapper.

haha nice, a vid i can actually clearly understand, thnx!

  • well done on the video. I really got how to do it through your explanation. all the othr videos are hard and you cannot see the wrappers :)

  • OMG, your vid is the best! All the other vids used wrappers which were hard to see. And then I got confused when i tried to put them together watching other vids and i did not get it. xDD

So thnx for adding this! :D

  • wow what a creative way to use the wrappers. Not only you make cool bracelets but u get to enjoy the candy lol

  • kewl! i'm doing a gum wrapper chain - but outta the foil wrappers, not the paper... it's tough to do cuz their foil -hullo!- but... more colorful cuz they're colored ones from *5* gum ;)

  • I love you(platonicly of course) and you are so smart and generous. other people are trying to sell these desperate ass dvds of theres trying to make money...

  • please make a tutorial on how to customized shoes, that'll be so cool....

  • Oh wow.

    That must have taken forever.

    Man, you got some patience.

  • is it ok if some other people dont cut the starburst down the line when making the chain?

  • of course. it makes it look cleaner...but as long as you hide the ruffle edges it looks just as good.

  • I don't quiet understqnd how you lin the v's together.

  • by anychance, ur not starburst69 on gaia online.... r u??? if u r u kno who i am ^.^

  • nope i'm not! but that's a cool name.
