We shot a frame-for-frame remake of this scene in film class...in Swedish. It's on my channel if anyone bothers.
I'm doing Stiller. Had to sort of half-crouch to become as short as Stiller is standing in front of Hackman =P too bad we messed up the sound. But it was great fun!
How did they shoot this scene? I don't think they actually shut the closet door (but just used sound effects). The natural light and shadows make it look really real when he opens the door.
@gabe25591 I was being sarcastic, but it took you pretty long to figure it out, right? What's so hilarious about using camera tricks? That's how things are done in filmmaking.
