This video shows the new functionalities of Google Street View, were you can click further away on the view (the circle thingy) and be taken directly to that place, just like in the video. Similarly, you can click on the sides of the usual straight front view, and be taken directly to that point, in the desired angle...

As for the intro thing and the wireframe thing, I'm not sure this is part of Street View.

I've got a question of my own: what is the music used? It is awesome!
