@cecilbdemille22 Hello Peter. I'm lost too. I think I was asking about the objection to visitors at the Monastery of St George??? I thought they may have given a Christian welcome to visitors? I remember visiting the Cathedral in Merida on the Yucatan and tourists were listening to the service for a few minutes and then wondering away. (in a packed cathedral) There were no objections. What was the problem here?

I visited the castle in 1995 and it looks like there's been quite a lot of work done on the walkways and facilities since then.

i am a HUGE fan of Krak des Chevaliers!!!!
i am soo happy someone took the time to video tape the castle.
the cool thing about it was that it was never taken by force
from what iv read, it only fell once and tht was because of trickery
