it's very interesting to compair his version with Verdi's composition.

Mejor dicho, One winged angel se parece a esta ya que fué primero.

Este tipo de música se llama "cantos gregorianos", one winged angel es una canción de ese género,por eso se parecen.

I like the editing. Possibly you could try a video based on Bernstain version of the Mozart requiem ?

After Mozart, Verdi and conductors such as Bernstein and Van Karajan I can't hear what Jenkins can possibly add to the Dies Irae. In Jenkin's version the feeling of doom and terror of God's wrath typical of the liturgy and philosophy of the 13Th entury is completely gone. It is just not there. The sense of doom is the foundation of the Dies Irae, without it the lyrics become just a meaningless rhyme.

This piece of 'music' just sounds to me like a rapper on speed. With due respect to the rappers.

I have to admit I dislike Jenkin's repetitive quasi-techno style, it doesn't seem to fit with orchestral performances. However, the camera movments and the editing are awesome!
