We're in the heart of the Mother Lode gold belt. Toilet is a standard set-up...nuthin' fancy, gravity flow from our water tank up the hill (pumped to tank from spring at the bottom of the hill), standard septic system, etc. As always, the septic system is the most costly.
To save money, you can do all this yourself...that's the good part!
