Crysis on 8600 GT

There is quite a big diference between gt and gts. 8600 gts is better. You can run Crysis at highest settings with 8600 gt on 1280x900 resolution and maybe higher but you wont get playable fps around 13-15. On medium settings you propably can run it on 25-30 fps on the same resolution.The 1 gb version (there is one?) will propably get a boost on higher resolutions but in those resolutions the difference is very small. Meaning at 1660x1000 resolutions you will have 15 fps is not good.

Okay umm. For some reason i can't even run Fallout 3 on super low setting's and even get 35 fps smoothly. When i play it on 800 by 600 i get like 20. And when i play it on my native it's at 13. Can someone answer this please? I have a E6500 Dual Core CPU at 3.6 GHz and 2GB or ram DDR3 and a HIS 8600 GT 1GB.

15FPS is relatively smooth i think its more like 4-10

What setting are you running it on?, becuase i have the 256mb model and i can run it on medium 1440*900 with no lag and your seems to lag pretty bad

i'm running it at all high and it isn't lagg... it seems laggy in the video because of fraps

@Jpzinho007 On DX10 not a chance on dx 9 very high everything, probably no, but you can prob tweak and get some settings on very high on dx9. but there isnt that much of a difference in graphics between high and very high :)

plz reply if you're completely sure about that.. If this is true then im buying it inmediately. I knew about ddr2 8600gt but not ddr3. The only ddr3 8600 gpu i know about is the GTS.. correct me if im wrong

i have a triple core processor(amd phenom) 4 gb of ram, and a nvidia 9500 GT with 1gb of dedicated ram, can barely run it in medium settings. its all bout the graphics card. 9500 GT sucks!@ cant even run the stupid game :(

well,it's faster because the fraps(the recording program)is recording at less fps...this game is Crysis(not warhead)..

I haven't play Warhead but i think that it's better...Whatever Crysis is good also...
