I have similar symptom's extreme spasms, pain, wound care. I'm so sorry. I cant find a positive spin for spasms. I hate them. I wish you well and hope they decrease in time. Mine never did, but no spinal cord injury is the same. TC jrwasshotcom bamajeff61 on youtube
