he got abducted by aliens then they made him preggers with an alien baby! :) in the sims 3 you can get a girl preggers then put in a cheat,(testingcheatsenabled true)then go to create a sim and make it a boy,i never tried but im assuming it works using my current Sims knowledge! :)
There are a lot of ways to cheat to get your male sim preggers. But the easiest is CRLT+SHIFT+C and typing in "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" the have your male sim right click on the telescope and choose whichever option you have for aliens. It only works on Sims 2 not Sims 3 yet.
You get your male Sim to look through a telescope, at night, and wait a while, and he should get abducted, then impregnated, by aliens! OR... you can cheat!
